Use of Vivaflore

1 to 4 tablets per day, depending on your requirements, preferably in the evening before going to bed. It is also advisable to increase the consumption of dietary fibres and liquids and adopt a regular exercise routine.

Side effects of Vivaflore

Warning

Do not use continuously for more than two weeks unless advised to do so by your healthcare practitioner. Prolonged usage may cause dependency. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product if you are taking prescription medication and/or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use in the event of intestinal occlusion, appendicitis, Crohn's disease or irritable bowel syndrome. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae or Compositae family (yellow daisy). Keep out of reach of young children.
