This product contains ingredients derived from wheat, soya and milk.
Ultrabiotique can be used by children over the age of 3 years, adults and the elderly.
To ensure the live Lactobacilli remain effective, do not take Ultrabiotique with very hot food (+50°C) or alcohol.
To improve your digestive comfort, it is advisable to maintain a healthy, balanced diet.
Do not consume fat (cured meats, fried food, pastries etc.), spicy food, condiments or alcohol to excess, and do not smoke.
If you are suffering from constipation, eat a high-fibre diet (green vegetables, salad, prunes etc.).
If you are suffering from diarrhoea, avoid eating fibrous fruit and vegetables (pineapple, rhubarb etc.) and raw vegetables. Avoid anything that speeds up digestive transit (spices, alcohol, condiments and iced drinks).
Consider fasting for 24 hours and gradually reintroduce food, starting with rice and fruit jelly.
Drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day.
In both cases (constipation and diarrhoea) avoid fizzy drinks, pulses, peas, cabbage, leeks, artichokes and dried fruit. Do not eat too much sugar, as it can increase fermentation and gas production.
Regular physical exercise will help combat stress, which can damage the intestinal wall and cause pain, spasms and flatulence.
If you are taking antibiotics, avoid milk, particularly if you are lactose intolerant. If the active ingredient breaks down poorly during digestion, it can cause digestive discomfort.
