The Muscles & Joints roller is recommended for athletes (before and after exercise) and for those suffering from muscle and joint pain (stiff neck, back pain, muscle contractions, aches and pains, stiffness etc.) The rolling ball massager is ideal for massaging painful areas to relieve ache.

Indication

Temporarily relieve aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, lumbago, strains and sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments).

Use of Puressentiel Muscles & Joints Roller 14 Essential Oils

Shake the roller well before applying to painful muscles or joints (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet etc.). Up to 3 times per day. You can always use more of the product and finish with a manual massage. Wash hands after use.
