Use of Oral B Pro Expert Proflex Tooth Brush Medium
Two minutes, twice a day
In order to brush your teeth well, you need to brush them well twice a day (morning & night) for at least 2 minutes. Dividing your mouth into 4 sections, you spend 30 seconds on each section.
Step 1: start with the inner and outer surfaces and brush under a 45 degree angle in short movements. Don't forget the molars all the way in the back.
Step 2: Brush all of the chewing surfaces. Keep your toothbrush flat and brush from front to back and keep doing this.
Step 3: Once you reach the inner part of your front teeth, keep the brush vertically and make gentle up & down movements with the tip of the toothbrush.
Step 4: Don't brush too harsh near the gums
Step 5: Brush your tongue in one smooth movement front back to front to remove bacteria and build up food that cause bad breath.
