Orders containing medicines and other medical tools can't be returned. Only in case of damaged goods (after contacting FARMALINE) you can return an order. Other orders can be returned within a period of 30 days, of course they have to be unused and still in their original packaging. The costs and responsability are at your charge.

If you have received a wrong product or a product you didn't order, we ask you to contact our customer service at email@example.com and also mention your order number. We will correct this mistake as soon as possible.
If there are products missing in your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org mentionning your order number. Please save the package and delivery note as this might be needed. We will correct this mistake as soon as possible.
If the package is severely damaged or if the packaging has been opened, it is best that you don't accept the package at delivery. Make sure to write on the delivery note / reception note that the package is damaged.
Possibly you could check together with the courier if the quantity of the products is correct, and you could also check the state of the products. Take some photos, contact us and deliver the photos to us with a description of the problem. We need this information to be of further assistance to you.
If there was nobody present to accept the package at the given delivery address, you will find a note in your mailbox. On that note it is mentioned how you can contact DPD to make an appointment for a new delivery. Our partner DPD will try 3 times to deliver your order. After 3 failed attempts, the package will return to FARMALINE.
If you however didn't receive any message whatsoever, you should contact our customer service. They will investigate the delivery problem and suggest a proper solution.
